Be clear about your business
Use Aim Atlantic only for the business, activity, markets and funds flow disclosed and approved for your account. Provide accurate company, ownership and transaction information. Fintechs, platforms and intermediaries must disclose their role and underlying merchant activity and receive approval before processing on behalf of others.
An account, API key or provider approval for one activity does not approve every other activity. Let us know about material changes before you begin processing them.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal goods or services; fraud, scams, stolen payment methods, impersonation, deceptive sales or unauthorised transactions.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, concealment of ownership or the true seller, and transactions structured to evade legal or provider controls.
- Processing for undisclosed merchants, laundering transactions through another business, misstating a business category or descriptor, and circular or fabricated sales intended to obtain funds or manipulate reporting.
- Unapproved money transmission, currency exchange, stored value, lending, investment, gambling or crypto-asset services. Restricted activity requires specific written approval where it can lawfully be supported; prohibited activity cannot be approved.
- Security attacks, credential sharing with unauthorised people, card testing, scraping private data, bypassing authentication or limits, or interfering with another account or the platform.
Sanctions and geographic restrictions
Do not use the service for transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions or for the benefit of prohibited persons or entities, including relevant ownership restrictions. Location, nationality, ownership, goods, services and counterparties may all affect eligibility. Paying in USD does not remove geographic or sanctions requirements.
We may request additional information or restrict a transaction while an issue is assessed. Do not split, delay, relabel or reroute transactions to bypass screening, limits, a rejection or another provider's controls.
Treat customers fairly
Identify the seller accurately, describe products and prices clearly, deliver as agreed, and provide required customer support, receipts and refund or cancellation rights. Do not submit duplicate or inflated charges.
Obtain and retain appropriate consent for recurring payments and make cancellation available as required. Do not sell or share customer information unlawfully or use documents and payment information for unrelated purposes.
Use integrations responsibly
Keep secret keys on secure systems, verify signed webhook messages, handle retries and duplicate events safely, and observe agreed request and transaction limits. Use approved tokenised or hosted card collection; never send card security codes or full card numbers through our general API or support channels.
Use test payment methods and synthetic transaction data in the sandbox. Coordinate volume and security tests with us before running them against hosted services or payment partners. Queues and retries support reliability; they must not be used to disguise transaction activity.
Review, restrictions and reporting
We may request evidence, review activity, or restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address a suspected breach, legal obligation or security risk. Decisions and treatment of pending funds remain subject to applicable law and the signed agreement. We may be unable to disclose details of some investigations.
Report suspected fraud, security issues or misuse to [email protected]. Include a short explanation and relevant references without secrets or full payment-card details. You can also use that address to request a review of an account restriction.
This policy is issued by Neura Technology, LLC. We will update it as services and requirements change, with notice where required by the applicable agreement or law.
